My main challenge as the lead designer on this project was to review how the best agile practices could work alongside a rapid prototype approach.
Moving from the more traditional tasks or tasks that are usually done while designing in agile caused a complex design review of what needs to be done and especially how it has to be done - creating a bottleneck that had the potential of slowing things down.
One of the most important components was the product UX. Crafting the best user experience for customers while working closely not only with the PO but with back-end and front-end developers were a major daily task.
You can read more about what I've learned during this project at my blog.
During this project I worked closer than ever before with the client, as we took an ‘internal-team’ approach my contact with stakeholders was incredibly high, as was my input into the wider Product Strategy and vision.
